How we use it
We use your information only to provide tax preparation and related services, communicate with you, and meet our legal obligations. We never sell your personal information.
How documents are stored
Tax documents are uploaded only through our secure Client Portal, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, and stored in private storage that can only be accessed by you and authorized TMC staff.
Access controls
Every account is protected by a password, and access to documents is restricted per client. Staff access is limited to those working on your return, and activity is logged.
Public contact form
Our website contact form never asks for Social Security numbers or tax information. Please don't send sensitive data by regular email.
Retention
We keep records as long as required by IRS and Florida regulations, then securely delete them.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your information or ask us to correct it at any time by contacting us.
